Including to The Unites States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Great Britain, Asia, Japan and The United Arab Emerates.
Kindly Note:
- Your address must be provided in English alphabet characters at checkout. Addresses provided in non-English alphabet characters risk delayed shipment while we contact you to translate your address OR a failed delivery.
- We deliver to all countries except the following: Central African Republic, Comoros Cuba Equatorial Guinea, Falklands Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island Kiribati Korea, North Korea, Libya Mayotte Island Myanmar, Nauru Niue Saint Pierre Et Miquelon Sao Tome & Principe Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands Somalia, St. Helena (S. Atlantic) Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan Tokelau Islands, Republic Of Turkmenistan, Tuvalu Wake Islands.
How much does shipping cost

We hope to bring back priority delivery in the future when postal service resumes as normal.
- Certain countries may charge you an additional customs/import fee to receive your package. The customer is responsible for addressing these fees. We cannot adjust or reimburse these charges to you. Fees vary by country.
How long will it take for my journal to arrive
Australia: 6-10 days
New Zealand: 12-16 days
Canada: 20-24 days
Europe: 8-14 days
United Kingdom: 6-8 days
United States: 14-18 days
Rest of the world: 14-18 days
Due to service impacts related to COVID-19, please allow a few additional days for delivery.
- International orders are subject to processing at customs, which may extend shipping estimates beyond the estimates listed below. Processing times vary by country.
- APO and PO Box addresses are available only through standard delivery, not express.
- All shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier’s end or during holiday seasons.
Do you offer express delivery
Yes! We offer priority delivery for $7.00 USD one-off shipping fee with an expected delivery time of 10-15 business days world-wide.
can i have my order shipped as a gift
We love that you are choosing our journal as a gift for a special person in your life. All our items are shipped without an invoice.
This way, you can have the journal sent directly to the lucky person you’ve chosen for your surprise!
Can i add a personal note to my order
We’d like to get your order shipped as soon as possible, so unfortunately, we can’t accommodate requests to add personal notes at this time.
Can i change my delivery address
Mistakes happen! If you have not received tracking information yet, we’ll try our best to change your delivery address in time. Please email care@soulsparkjournal.com as soon as you can with “Change Address” in the subject line, including the following in your message:
– Name used to place your order
– Order number
– Full address you’d like to change to (Name, Street Address, Unit Number, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country)
Please note: It’s possible we might not be able to change your address in time. If you have already received tracking information for your order, we’re unable to change your delivery address and your package will be delivered to the original address provided at checkout.
If a package is lost or not received due to a customer error at checkout, we may charge additional shipping costs to send a replacement package. We encourage you to proofread your address details before placing your order!

What should i do if my payment doesn't work
We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!
Returns
Do you offer returns
We do not refund change-of-mind purchases or offer exchanges on orders.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us before returning your item by submitting a problem report. You can do this by emailing us at hello@soulsparkjournal.com explaining what the problem is and attaching an image. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Where are your journals printed
Our journals are printed at our closest facility to your shipping address, either in Australia, England or The United States – so if you order from Australia, your journal will be printed in Australia.
